Brad was great in walking us through the steps to selling our home. Every step of the way he was there whether it just be to hold our hand or help with finding a contractor. Not many business people are accessible morning, noon, or night to answer our questions or just stay in touch. I really  can’t say enough good things about him or how appreciative we are for his excellent work
